How Much Does It Cost To Adopt A German Shepherd In Washington
German Shepherds are very gentle dogs and are much known for their protective traits. Unfortunately, last 2018, there was a new adoption fee.
Adopting a German Shepherd in Washington would now cost around 300 dollars to 350 dollars. The cost would cover the German Shepherd shelters medical expenses to keep them vaccinated and healthy.
These German Shepherds are provided with consistent medical care. Ever since the German Shepherd gets rescued, they will closely be monitored and have the privilege of being spayed and neutered. Care also includes all kinds of shots for dogs.
When Each Dog Leaves Our Care It Is Our Goal That They Go To A Home Where They:
Are loved as a member of the family.
Are well cared for.
Are receiving the proper mental and physical stimulation.
Are receiving the daily interaction and affection they need.

Terms Of Foster Agreement
Please read the following carefully. You are required to consent to every statement below
I hereby acknowledge the following policies and agree to abide by them during the entire time I am fostering dogs for WGSR. Please read and check the box next to each of the following terms to indicate your agreement. Your application cannot be processed until you have agreed to each term.
1) I understand that my role is solely as a temporary home, and that the placement of any dogs I foster will be conducted by the Breed Rep. It is the Breed Rep’s job to review and interview potential adoptors.
2) I will remember in all my dealings with the public as a foster volunteer that I represent WGSR, and that the public will consider my words and actions to be representative of the attitudes and positions of WGSR as an organization. I understand that as an individual, I am not authorized to speak for WGSR, nor can I enter into any agreements for WGSR any such activity will be referred to the Board of Directors.
3) I have read and understand the WGSR mission, and will not undertake any actions that could be considered inconsistent with the mission. If I engage in activities of a political or controversial nature they will only be done as an individual, separate from any association with WGSR.
7) I understand that my foster volunteer position will be terminated if my conduct is deemed in opposition of the mission of WGSR, or detrimental to the best interests of WGSR.

Adopting A German Shepherd
German Shepherd dogs have a noble and commanding look. They are highly intelligent, loyal and beautiful dogs who require socialization and exercise. They are a lifetime commitment.
They live between 9-13 years on average and respond well to training. GSDs can be very good family dogs. Most love water, and they should be brushed 2-5 times a week!
